A TV star suffered a horror fall just months before his death, it has now been reported. Taylor Tuli Wily died at the age of 56 in June 2024 after enjoying a successful acting career. He was best known for his part in Hawaii Five-0 before he reportedly suffered injuries in a wheelchair accident just a few months before his death. A lawsuit was filed on September 26, 2025 which claimed that the star was left with head injuries following an accident that happened on October 3, 2023. Wily's estate
