(14 Feb 1995) STORYLINE: T/I: 10:05:40 Peru on Monday (13/2) declared a unilateral ceasefire in its 19 day old war with Ecuador, to take effect from noon (1700gmt) on Tuesday. Peruvian President, Alberto Fujimori, announced the ceasefire in a televised address to the country. He said Peru had taken the last post in Ecuadorean hands in the disputed border zone in the Amazon jungle.
