In Parliament on Tuesday (Feb 3), Senior Minister of State for Sustainability and the Environment Dr Janil Puthucheary addressed concerns about rising drink prices under the beverage return scheme. He said consumers are “discriminatory” and would adjust their purchasing if there is an attempt to extract excessive profit.
