ISTANBUL The remains of two missing girls and a male relative were recovered Wednesday from a biofuel plant that exploded in the US state of Nebraska Tuesday. Fremont Mayor Joey Spellerberg said the children, believed to be under 12, were at the Horizon Biofuels plant before a doctor’s appointment, waiting for Dylan D.
