The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for fog across 11 regions. The national weather agency says people can expect delays to bus and train services as well as delays or cancellations to flights . The warning is in place until 9am and covers parts of Yorkshire and the North East. The warning says dense patches of fog mean visibility will be below 100m in some places this morning.
