The One Show's Alex Jones has interviewed some of the biggest names in showbusiness, but admits she "struggled to speak" as a youngster due to shyness. The 48-year-old became a household name on Welsh telly before securing her role on the beloved BBC One programme 15 years ago. Her television journey began whilst still at university, when she juggled her final exams alongside appearing as a contestant on Sky One's reality series Prickly Heat in Magaluf. Yet the Wales-born broadcaster confesses
