Ljubljana, 13 June - Welcome Home, the annual get-together of Slovenians living abroad will this year be largely held in Nova Gorica on Slovenia's western border, as the city holds this year's European Capital of Culture title together with neighbouring Gorizia. The festival brings some 30 events featuring over 250 performers from 13 June to 3 July.
