Horrifying footage shows the moment a surfer vanished into a monster wave on a dangerous beach before being spat out. Hawaiian surfer Ty Simpson-Kane was caught on camera as he was swept up by a massive wave on Peahi beach, also known as Jaws, on the north side of Maui island. The beach is well known as a hotspot for surfers from across the world and was named by top surfers as one of the most dangerous in the world in a 2013 National Geographic article . The clip showed the moment Ty was
