A Los Angeles home once owned by the late Emmy- and Grammy-winning comedian and actor Bob Newhart has sold for $9.19 million.  Newhart became a household name for his sitcom shows “The Bob Newhart Show” and “Newhart.”  The charming beige stucco and terracotta Spanish Revival villa, at 10210 Century Woods Drive in Century City, sits on 1.6 acres. It’s where Newhart — who died at age 94 in 2024 — lived with his late wife,  Ginnie, who passed a year earlier , at age 82. The couple had been married
