Vietnam to raise airline foreign ownership cap, carriers to further adjust operations

HANOI, May 13 : Vietnam is considering raising the foreign ownership cap for domestic airlines to 49 per cent from 34 per cent, state media reported, citing a draft document from the Construction Ministry.
