In Oslo, Sardinian cuisine model of sustainability and health

The Italian Embassy in Oslo has chosen, as part of the 10th edition of the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World (SCIM), to present the Sardinian food and wine tradition to the Norwegian public in collaboration with the Nuoro Chamber of Commerce and the Nuoro A.T.I. Canne al Vento Association. This year's edition of SCIM, sponsored by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, has the theme "Italian cuisine between culture, health and innovation." The Sardinian food tradition
