The ceasefire in Gaza, marking an end to a multi-front, two-year war in the Middle East, looks promising. While we've seen a somewhat shaky start, this is to be expected in the aftermath of long and intense fighting. I would not go as far as branding this the long-sought “peace in the Middle East” (in all caps) as President Donald Trump has.
