Undelucram.ro survey: Romanian workers expect little salary growth, look to benefits for added value
Business
The “Salaries and benefits – balancing expectations and supply” survey by Undelucram.ro shows that 43% of Romanian employees are dissatisfied with their salary, and for 63% of them, a higher income would be the main reason for changing jobs. Employers are aware of the situation, but given the economic context, only 13% of them would be willing to significantly raise salaries in the coming year, while 44% say they may do so only occasionally. The survey was conducted between April 15 – June 1
