INPS said Tuesday that women working in the non-agriculture private sector earned 19,833 euros in Italy last year, 29% less than the average for men of 27,967 euros. The pensions and social-security agency said the fact that many women work part-time was a factor.     It said the average man worked 251 days in 2024, while the average woman worked 240.     INPS said 17.7 million people in Italy worked at least one day in the non-agriculture private sector last year.     ALL RIGHTS RESERVED ©
