Around 94% of Italy's towns and cities are in areas at risk of adverse hydrogeological phenomena, Civil Protection Minister Nello Musumeci said on Wednesday as he reported to parliament on last month's extreme weather that caused over two billion euros of damage in Sicily, Sardinia and Calabria and a huge landslide in the Sicilian town of Niscemi.
