ISTANBUL  US President Donald Trump attended the 47th Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) summit in Kuala Lumpuron Sunday, his first since the 2017 meeting in Philippines. Trump joined host Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto, and other regional leaders for a family photo at the summit. The gathering represents the 13th summit between the US and ASEAN. Former President Joe Biden last attended such a summit in person in 2022 in Indonesia.
