A drug dealer who spilled £200,000 worth of cocaine he was carrying in a plastic Bag For Life as he was detained by police has been jailed for six years. Anh Hoang was detained by officers from West Yorkshire Police ’s Programme Precision initiative in Gipton, Leeds, on January 3 this year under the Misuse of Drugs Act.
