Ljubljana, 19 June - The government has endorsed changes to the umbrella law in culture in a bid to update the sector and improve working conditions for its workers. The first major overhaul of the legislation in nearly two decades, the proposal aims to promote accessible, decentralised and sustainable culture, the Culture Ministry said.
