Passengers, transport staff and bus drivers in the West Midlands, UK, say there is a growing national trend of antisocial behaviour on public transport. One driver describes a "lawlessness" among some of the travelling public - mostly younger people - which he believes has got worse in 38 years of driving Birmingham's bus routes.
