When doctors told 15-year-old Isla Sneddon that a lump in her breast was caused by hormonal changes, she trusted that it would go away. But after falling ill following a holiday in 2024, doctors eventually confirmed the family’s worst fears - Isla had breast cancer. She was told she had just 6-12 months to live but devastatingly passed away just over 6 months later - aged just 17.
