Ljubljana, 20 June - NATO's proposal for member states to increase their defence spending is not yet finalised, the prime minister's office said on Friday amid concerns expressed by the junior coalition partners. PM Robert Golob insists that raising defence spending will not come at the expense of the most vulnerable.
