The grease truck driver who stabbed Mark Sanchez is suing the ex-Jets quarterback, saying he was left permanently disfigured by the alleged attack. Perry Tole, 69, filed a lawsuit against Sanchez, 38, and his employer, Fox Sports, for punitive and compensatory of damages following the alleged violent attack in an Indianapolis alleyway at around 12:30 a.m. Saturday. The lawsuit alleges that Sanchez, who was in Indiana to report on Sunday’s game between the Colts and the Raiders, “appeared
