Lionel Richie has broken his silence to postpone more shows after falling ill saying he is "heartbroken" at having to cancel performances. The singer, 77, sparked fears for his health when he rushed off stage mid-performance. The singer was performing at the Grand Casino Arena in St. Paul, Minnesota when he announced an unusual 40-minute break and the show was later ended early. He is thought to have been taken by ambulance to hospital after the performance as a precautionary measure.
