A man has admitted to a horrific rape attack on a random woman in an underground car park. Luis Dos Martins Mariano, 19, and co-accused 20-year-old Alcino Soares from Dungannon in Co Tyrone, Northern Ireland, were jointly charged with rape on September 10, 2023.
