Pep Guardiola broke down in tears as the Manchester City players formed a guard of honour for Bernardo Silva. The whole team showed appreciation to their captain as he left the pitch for the final time as a City player after being substituted. Guardiola became emotional as he watched the guard of honour before embracing Silva on his way off at the Etihad Stadium. The Portugal international is leaving City when his contract expires at the end of this season. John Stones is also doing likewise .
