Disco, Occasionally.” “Aperture” marks his third song to hit the peak on the singles chart. “As It Was” bowed atop the chart in April 2022 and held strong for 15 weeks, while “Watermelon Sugar” spent a week at No. 1 in August 2020. “Aperture” is his eighth solo top 10 on the Hot 100; he previously had six top 10s as part of One Direction.
