As talks heat up in the final days of the UN climate conference, Brazilian president Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva has been doing the rounds in Belem in an attempt to push through a deal, with nations still divided on thorny issues.  After releasing a draft pact on Tuesday, Brazil, which holds the COP30 presidency, has been working negotiators through the night, hoping to get the most contentious issues out of the way two days before the conference is due to wrap up.  "His willingness to make time
