American troops installed signs on a beach in northeast Mexico declaring the area "restricted" by the U.S. Department of Defense, it has been reported. Video on social media appears to show Mexican marines removing the signs purportedly at Playa Bagdad, near where the Rio Grande river flows into the Gulf of Mexico.
