(23 Jul 2003) MC CARTNEY PLAYS ROCK IN RIO -IN LISBON Rock in Rio-Lisbon, billed as one of the world's largest music festivals, got underway Friday and organizers said they expected 350,000 to attend the Lisbon event, with another 2 billion watching the six days of concerts on television. Ex-Beatle Paul McCartney kicked off the festival, which runs over two weekends on May 28-30 and June 4-6 in the Portuguese capital.
