Singapore and China should work towards being builders of peace and stability, amid global power rivalries. Singapore's Coordinating Minister for Public Services Chan Chun Sing said this at the 10th Singapore-China Forum on Leadership, which aims to tackle governance challenges in both countries. He added that both sides have chosen cooperation over confrontation and inclusion over isolation. China and Singapore are marking 35 years of diplomatic ties this year. Rebecca Metteo reports.
