Ljubljana, 10 July - A higher court judge who had been the subject of a disciplinary procedure for not recusing herself from several cases concerning Swiss franc loans despite having such a loan herself, has been cleared of wrongdoing by the Judicial Council's disciplinary tribunal, Dnevnik reports on Thursday.
