On October 31 and November 1, EU Commissioner for Climate, Net Zero and Clean Growth, Wopke Hoekstra , visited Toronto to take part in the 9th Ministerial on Climate Action (MoCA9), hosted by The Honourable Julie Dabrusin, Canada’s Minister of Environment and Climate Change. Ministers and key partners from around the world came together to advance discussions on global climate action ahead of the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP30), which will take place in November 2025 in Belém,
