ISTANBUL An Iranian missile landed in the city of Beersheba in southern Israel on Friday, causing damage but no immediate reports of injuries, according to Israel’s Channel 12. Earlier, sirens sounded in Beersheba and nearby towns amid an Iranian ballistic missile barrage. Preliminary reports showed smoke near a Microsoft office in Beersheba, where the missile struck. Israeli media, quoting the mayor of Beersheba, reported that an Iranian missile directly hit a location in the city.
