The new cross-border road bridge over the Tisa River, linking Romania and Ukraine near Sighetu Marmatiei, is set to be commissioned in December, according to Gabriel Zetea, president of the Maramures County Council. The announcement was made during a videoconference with Mykola Kalashnyk, head of the Kyiv Regional Administration, and Victor Micula, Romania's ambassador to Ukraine. "Important news: in December we are completing the bridge across the Tisza, a direct, necessary and symbolic link
