SINGAPORE: A new training programme will be developed to enhance Singapore's nuclear safety capabilities and regulatory understanding, the National Environment Agency (NEA) said on Monday (Apr 20). The agency said that the programme will be developed under an agreement it signed with the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) on nuclear regulatory skills development.
