The US Senate is reviewing a draft bill proposed by Republican Senator Lindsey Graham to impose tougher sanctions on Russia, as well as secondary sanctions on states who trade with Russia. The bill has a controversial provision, which would impose 500% tariffs on countries trading with Russia, such as China and India.
