Inter-Korean Border: South Korea expands civilian access to long-restricted frontier areas

South Korea has announced one of its biggest changes to border security rules since the Korean War, redrawing a line that has restricted civilian life along its frontier with North Korea for more than 70 years. The government says advances in surveillance technology are easing the need to maintain the buffer zone at its current size. Lim Yun Suk reports.
