Hungarian prime minister Viktor Orbán has conceded defeat to the pro-EU Tisza party in a pivotal election set to herald in a new era of relations between Hungary and Europe. Opponent and Tisza leader Peter Magyar said that Orban had phoned him to congratulate the party for winning the election on Sunday, April 12.
