A large-scale overnight drone attack on Novorossiysk in the early hours of Nov. 14 triggered a fire at one of Russia ’s most important oil-loading facilities, the Sheskharis terminal, according to the Krasnodar regional emergency headquarters. The blaze erupted after debris from intercepted drones fell onto the oil complex, forcing emergency crews to battle the fire for nearly two hours.
