Russia's Lavrov: Security talks without Moscow is 'path to nowhere'

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that any talks that don't involve Russia over security guarantees for Ukraine are a dead end. In a radio interview Tuesday, President Trump said that he had successful meetings with President Putin and President Zelensky, and "now I thought it would be better if they met without me."
