Russia pledged to carry out waves of airstrikes on Ukraine in retaliation for Thursday morning’s attack on Moscow. Sergey Lavrov, the foreign minister, said the Kremlin would order “massive coordinated ‌strikes ‌on ⁠a regular basis” after Ukraine struck a major oil refinery in the largest attack on the capital city since the start of the war. Volodymyr Zelensky’s forces sent more than 1,000 drones towards Russia, with several of the weapons hitting the Kapotnya oil refinery, just nine miles
