Ukraine ’s parliament has passed controversial legislation that significantly undermines the autonomy of the country’s two leading anti-corruption institutions - the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine ( NABU ) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office ( SAPO ).
