The monster winter storm that walloped the Big Apple on Sunday unloaded snow totals that New Yorkers haven’t seen in years – and more flurries may be on the way soon. Winter Storm Fern’s highest snowfall count in the five boroughs as of 1 a.m. Monday was in Washington Heights, where a whopping 14.9 inches was measured,  according to the National Weather Service. The winter storm – which pushed schools to virtual,  delayed mass transit  and saw New Yorkers engaging in bizarre snow day activities
