May 27 (UPI) -- The Israeli Defense Force said Wednesday that it has killed Mohammed Odeh, a senior commander in Hamas ' military, during a strike in northern Gaza . An airstrike in Gaza City hit a residential building Tuesday and also killed at least three Palestinians while injuring dozens more.
