The Palestinian Ministry of Finance and Planning (MoFP), together with the Palestinian Water Authority (PWA), the European Union (EU), the Agence Française de Développement (AFD), the German Development Bank (KfW), and the Jenin West Water Utility (JWWU), signed yesterday two key agreements to launch a major wastewater treatment and reuse project in Jenin West.
