ISTANBUL Anadolu photojournalist Ali Jadallah won first place Tuesday at the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum International Photography Award (HIPA) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a series of photographs taken in Gaza. Jadallah secured the top spot in the "Portfolio (Story-Telling)" category. As he could not leave the Gaza Strip, his wife Dua Isavi received the award on his behalf.
