Nationwide internet blackout continues in Afghanistan

Afghanistan is facing its third day without internet and mobile phone connectivity. The blackout has disrupted banking, shops and airports. Several provinces said this week said the shutdown was because of a decree from the Taliban leader Hibatullah Akhundzada, aimed at tackling immorality.
