Oil prices rose on Friday after four straight sessions of declines but were on track for their steepest weekly fall since late June due to market expectations that the OPEC+ group could hike output further despite oversupply concerns. Brent crude futures gained 43 cents, or 0.7 per cent, to $64.54 a barrel by 0500 GMT. U.S. West Texas Intermediate crude climbed by 41 cents, or 0.7 per cent, to $60.89 a barrel. On a weekly basis, Brent has plunged 8 per cent, while WTI is 7.4 per cent lower.
