Oct. 3 (UPI) -- A California woman who planned to assassinate Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh is scheduled to be sentenced Friday. Sophie Roske, 29, pleaded guilty in April to attempted assassination in a federal court. The sentencing hearing is scheduled for 10 a.m. EDT.
