Two people were killed and three others were seriously injured when a driver plowed into people in a busy shopping area in the German city of Leipzig Monday in what officials believe was a deliberate attack. An unspecified number of people sustained less serious injuries, and the driver, a 33-year-old German citizen, was detained in the car, authorities said. Prosecutors said he is under investigation on suspicion of murder and attempted murder. Other vehicle-ramming cases have claimed lives or
